I love a road trip... Went to the fort Worth stockyards then headed west to Guthrie to the famous... As seen on TV ranch... Not a whole lot to see as far as facilities... Staff in the supply store at the 6666 super nice and formative... Some great history right there.... I daydreamed a lot to think about what it would be like to be a pioneer long ago in that area... I stopped all the historical spots... That area is very remote, ... I headed Northeast to the Doan's crossing monument overlooking the Red River. Then Altus then Wichita mountains...
Amazing! Huge fan of Yellowstone (like everyone) and wondered if you could buy steaks directly from the ranch to give as gifts this year for Christmas-people went nuts before I even told them where it came from. Top notch flavor!
EDIT: I am *NOT* the right person to write a review of this ranch. I know zero about working ranches, so am in no way qualified to judge it on that dimension. I gather from other reviews it is excellent. I only visited because my spouse (who watches "Yellowstone") said this ranch was featured in the show.
Not much to see here other than the exterior of the ranch, which is live working ranch. No tour or place to go inside that we saw. Pretty much just a photo op for someone who is a huge fan of "Yellowstone"
This place is beautiful!!!
Four sixes ranch is a huge (by my standards anyway), amazing quarter horse breeding ranch. We got a highly informative tour and admired the horses as well as the facility in general. When they say everything is bigger in Texas, this place put some numbers to that expression. I really appreciated how friendly and accommodating all of the staff was to our group.
Awesome place to visit! The horses were beautiful and I learned a lot!
Loved it. Would have loved to see more of the ranch.
Literally the best pedicure I've ever had! It wasn't rushed and I worried I may have ordered a more expensive pedicure with the service I received but nope! (I got the $45 pedicure). They're just that awesome! Tina did an amazing job and I will be coming back next time I'm in town. Tina will be stuck with me!!!!
